"We spent the month of June at the gite, and we really loved it. It was clean, comfortable, well kept and had everything we needed to live as if at home for a month. We particularly enjoyed the pool! Any questions or problems we had, Christophe was helpful, responsive and friendly. The house felt even more homely - and we had a perfect stay enjoying the garden and pool, with occasional trips out. "Corrine was amazing host, house is beautiful, well appointed and ideal for a group of 6 adults or a family with children, great pool and garden. communication with the host was great. the weather was unusually wet and windy for the dordogne in september,but at this property that was no problem, we still used the pool and garden and loved travelling in the area."

"A delightful property in a stunning location in the middle of the Dordogne countryside. The house has plenty of grounds in which to roam or play and the family particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and games room. All facilities are provided in the house and if we wanted any additional equipment, such as a barbeque, we only had to ask. Eileen and Richard were the perfect hosts and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We had a perfect, relaxing week and will definitely be returning."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hameau Barnabe. Patricia and Thierry were very accommodating and made every effort to ensure we had all that we needed. The house was beautifully decorated and easy to feel at home in. The space worked really well for a multi-generational family and the separate kitchen was especially useful. "This very clean and comfortable cottage is in the country a short drive from Sainte Emilion. Quiet, pastoral setting. It was out base for drives in the area and for a relaxing time at the end of the day. We opted for the breakfast which was very reasonable and delish - yougurt, fruit, pastries, juice and coffee. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. Everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay."

"Helpful host who adjoins the property so any issues easily resolved as they are on hand. Was very hot when we stayed and although fans provided it made sleeping in the mezzanine very warm. The pool was a welcome relief and kept spotlessly clean by the host who shut it down each evening and cleaned each day. Lovely welcome ‘basket!’ of wine, bread, pizza etc. great location to visit Saint Emilion, Bergerac etc and lots of fabulous markers. Would stay again"
