"We were disappointed with the lack of amenities at the property. We only had bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths. The kitchen was nice with nice appliances but the coffee machine’s water container was dirty with hard water build up. All of the locations that we have stayed in have provided coffee pods and condiments. There was.absolutely nothing at this place. There was water bottles and cans of soda in the refrigerator , which was nice. The room we stayed in had a blood stain on the wall...

"This property was perfect for my husband and me. It was private, quiet, & a close drive to my husbands class reunion. It was easy to reach the owner. The property is surrounded by grape vineyards. We were in studio 5. There is a homey, spacious & enclosed backyard. I will return. "

"Our son attends UCSD on a baseball scholarship. His first Division 1 baseball game took place at the University of the Pacific, which is only a 2.5 hour drive from our home. We stayed at the Zen Den with family and friends and enjoyed the down time between games very much. Everything was comfortable and clean and beautiful. The area is wonderful, wide streets and charming mid century homes abound the neighborhood and driving around was fun and nostalgic.We will definitely return. "

If you are looking for somewhere private and quiet, this is the place. This was our second stay, and will definitely stay again when we visit the area. "
