"We stayed here for one night only as we had a late flight into the city and didn’t want the stress of a late transfer across the island. We had a lovely warm welcome at the reception despite the late hour. A very welcome drink and slice of cake in the bar. The hotel is a great piece of old menorca, right on the coast and we were a little sad it was only for one night as I think the hotel would make a great place to explore the city and area from. Rooms are spotless and cool."

"Predominantly a remote run hotel so you come and go as you please, very much a home from home. The staff are always around for a few hours in the morning and they maintain a spotless hotel. Room cleaning daily but optional by way of a card on the door. There is a 24hr contact point should you require anything. The hotel is perfectly placed in the heart of es castell so everything is on the doorstep. Rooms are well apportioned with good bathroom facilities , good aircon and a comfy bed . Coded...

"No warning of wedding on second night. Very noisy guests in the next room on third night, rooms need to be better noise insulated. No one on reception to deal with situation (but it was 2 in the morning)"
