"I found this to be a very chilled out hotel. We had a superior room which was nice and spacious. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were polite and professional. Only downside I would say is there didn’t seem to be any lifts, I had to carry my bag up 3 flights of stairs and there was no offer of help to do this. I did think the pool bar menu was slightly limited too. "

"Travelled here as part of a group of friends/couples. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially the lady that ran the breakfast and lunch service. The grounds and site the hotel sits in are stunning and is a huge contrast to the nearby San Antonio. The rooms weren’t huge and didn’t have a tonne of privacy but these were minor details. Would highly recommend "

"Hotel staff were really nice and the maids did an excellent job keeping the place clean. The apartment we stayed in was very basic, cooking any decent meal was a pain, so really we would have been better going all inclusive. The beds were awful, really thin mattresses and very uncomfortable. Apart from that they were kept incredibly clean by the maids so 5/5 for them! The biggest issue that we had were the other people staying in the hotel, they had no respect for anyone else, we had lads...

"We stayed just one night on our way through to a different area on the island and weren't sure what to expect from the star rating however the staff couldn't have been more lovely. We had a shocking journey over from UK with a flight delayed several hours and huge delay collecting our car hire meaning we didn't arrive until after 1am and with two very tired young children in tow we were struggling to park nearby.
