The towels are extra thick, the beds extra comfortable and the care to make sure everything is clean and well stocked was obvious. Plus we have to shout out the staff. "This was the perfect location if you want to be in the center of it all! it was very walkable to dining and shopping and to popular landmarks. The staff was very friendly and changed our room after we realized that their standard king isn’t actually a king by USA standards. So since I went with my sister they moved us to a very large room with two Twin comfortable beds. "Enjoyed our stay and location of Hotel. Staff really lovely.Upgraded to Executive room, but didnt feel it was wirth the extra £60. Lovely toiletries, but not enough for 2 adults for 2 days. Same with coffee.. Ordered steak (medium)however in my opinion it was rare. I choked on the steak and had to leave it.
