"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

"The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. The room was very clean, wifi worked great, and was very comfortable. there was a water kettle in room; AC/Heat; very clean bathroom; beautiful skylights and very comfortable bed. "Super nice little boutique hôtel. Staff was friendly but bring your mosquito repellent with you. Got attacked at 1:30 am by a group of them and tried to reach out to the front desk/gm the whole night without success unfortunately. No AC so very hot if you keep the windows closed. The place has good potential just not there yet. "

"The property was amazing. It was so clean and tidy. The property was well secured with Digital locks for the room and the main gate and changing those combinations after every guests check out The host was responsive at all the queries at all times! The only issue is with limited transportation! There is a bus stop right next to the property but the bus timings are only half an hour once during day times and 1 hour once during the night! Apart from that there is a Metro station which is 1.2kms...

"The property was very good and is located in a perfect part of Paris. There is access to anything you need within walking distance. The property manager was excellent to work with and addressed all of our questions promptly. We'll certainly stay there again!"

"Booked in advance for this stay during a visit to watch the Olympics. Arrived at the hotel 6pm on a Saturday evening, the opening weekend of Olympics. We had been travelling for over 16 hours with some travel delays. Greeted by host eventually who appeared from behind a tall secure closed gate to be told there were no rooms. Host shrugged and pretended not to understand that we may not be able to find somewhere else due to Olympic event. Host implied she wasn’t even aware the Olympics...

"We felt so welcome in this place. What a gorgeous town. The host F. was super nice. The house is elegant and. Breakfast was just perfect. A short stay left with so, but we left with so much good memories and warmed hearts. "

"What a great property to stay and sleep in! The place was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are big, and the bed was comfortable. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We had no problem getting a cab, and the subway was very close by. We had a great stay!"
