"Zimmer wurde lustlos sauber gemacht. Bettdecke einfach wieder übers Bett geworfen, Kissen, was wohl über Nacht runter gefallen war, lag noch in dem Spalt zwischen Fenster und Bett. Überwurf wurde auch nicht wieder auf das Bett gelegt. Reinigungsmaterial wurde in Bad vergessen.. Das Einzige, was aber eigentlich nicht nötig war, es wurden die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Personal hatte wohl nicht wirklich Lust was zu reinigen, sonst hätte sie / er gemerkt, dass die Sprühflasche mit Putzmittel bei uns...

"A pleasent friendly welcome and service, let down only by one member of staff more interested in hiding with her phone rather than attending to breakfast service. On that day only cold "hot" food ( most dishes missing) no coffee offered, hot water for tea was cold, bread was missing, cereals unfilled. Other days were plentiful and satisfactory."

"The room was located far away from the “main” house. We needed to go by car alone with poor service. The beds was not the best and the 2 extra beds does not even deserve any comments. It was like sleeping on the floor. Next day the breakfirst was really good but located back at the mail house. "
