"We stayed in this small 1 bedroom gite with the notion of switching off. The location was ideal, quite remote but close enough to the facilities in Dinan and surrounding towns. Stuart was the perfect host, giving us space and time to relax. A great place to stay"

"Nice property, clean and tidy - we enjoyed our stay, but if I was the host and lived next door I would be anxious to welcome my guest not make them wait for 20 minutes on arrival. I would learn a few words of welcome in my guests language and to explain workings of equipment. Further, there was a whirlpool spar advertised which we anticipated to be a jacuzzi type bath but there was not one at the property. Anne a été très arrangeante pour que je puisse venir en avance décorer et préparer l'anniversaire avant l'arrivée des invités. Idem pour le départ. Merci encore à Anne et Alfred ! "We had a lovely stay at this traditional old Stone property. The bedrooms were very comfortable but only one toilet upstairs meant going to the loo in the night wasn’t easy. Also the bathrooms only had hand held showers in the baths which wasn’t ideal. The housekeeper that met us was very friendly and helpful and explained everything very clearly. "It was a traditional french cottage and was a little basic and lighting was a bit poor at night. But as the weather was good we were outside a lot with the dog and the garden is great. Everything worked in the house but internet reception is quite poor unless you go to the garage.Had not realised we would be opposite other guests in a bigger place but that was no problem and made it interesting. "The house is really nice and spacious. The furniture could do with an update, sofas were threadbare as were the covers over them. Cutlery was not very good, there was little of it and mismatched. That being said, I would definitely stay here again, the garden is big, the dog loved it, as did we. We felt very much at home!"

Comfy beds, a good kitchen/lounge area, complete with secluded garden for outside dining.
