We were informed by the host to park on the ‘Hotel du Villa’ car park and not to take a ticket otherwise you will be charged. There is no way you can enter the car park without taking a ticket. "Vrbo had not given us the correct owner details nor checked we had the key code to get in. The owner overlooked our booking and had not contacted us with directions and key code. Vrbo staff tried to sort things and eventually began making a hotel booking when the cleaners happened to visit. We still had to wait for them to prepare the apartment. We were let down by Vrbo and the owners. Once in the apartment we enjoyed a lovely week."
