"The apartment is beautiful. Right in the centre of Dinan with plenty of shops restaurants and tourist attractions. Parking was the main issue for us. We were informed by the host to park on the ‘Hotel du Villa’ car park and not to take a ticket otherwise you will be charged. There is no way you can enter the car park without taking a ticket. "Walkable to town centre. Comfortable bed (but wish it was bigger). Plenty of space. Everything we needed was provided. Easy access on first arrival. Sofas not very comfortable. Bathroom handbasin in alcove with no illumination and very low ceiling, as my head can beat witness!"

"Vrbo had not given us the correct owner details nor checked we had the key code to get in. The owner overlooked our booking and had not contacted us with directions and key code. Vrbo staff tried to sort things and eventually began making a hotel booking when the cleaners happened to visit. We still had to wait for them to prepare the apartment. We were let down by Vrbo and the owners. Once in the apartment we enjoyed a lovely week."

"Nice property, clean and tidy - we enjoyed our stay, but if I was the host and lived next door I would be anxious to welcome my guest not make them wait for 20 minutes on arrival. I would learn a few words of welcome in my guests language and to explain workings of equipment. Further, there was a whirlpool spar advertised which we anticipated to be a jacuzzi type bath but there was not one at the property. "The house owner is absolutely amazing. She provided a lot of useful information to me before I arrived and during my stay. Though I can not speak in French, it is very easy to communicate with the owner with google translate. She always smiles and this is the hospitality for. The house itself is brand new and clean. There is no difference between what I saw in the internet and reality. If I have a chance to go to Brittany again, I have no hesitation to stay here again."
