"The reception staff are very lovely and helpful. The property is in an amazing location above a Lidl with a Metro line underneath (New York Cafe around the corner). What’s not to like. If you’d like additional amenities staff are more than happy to provide. If you’re looking for practical there’s not many other options that’ll beat it at this price."

"The gentelmen who worked on the 2nd and 5th were so polite and helpful. The first gentelmen (my first day) was very understanding and flexible- I showed up a day late, tired, hungry, and without proper payment and he trusted me to do the right thing (and I did). He took the time to reccommend places to see and where to eat (he was right!) and I was able to make the best of my trip. "Good service, helped us check in and guided on what to so. Platform bed was in bad condition with rails falling. Overall, just a night stay is ok. It had common kitchen, so not what I wanted. Bathroom was in the room, but smelly. Room was OK. Not worth what I paid, but none other was available either at that time for cheaper price. "
