"This was a great stay for 2 adults and 2 children. Despite there being a sign up on arrival that there was a private event with music till midnight… I didn’t hear a thing, the rooms are nice and quiet, the pool was lovely to wind down in after a busy day, and the breakfast was great, plenty of choice, fresh and was replenished often. Parking is £7 for each night, and there is a bus stop on the opposite side of the road just outside the hotel to take you into York, the bus’s are every 15...

"Thanks for a great stay! Very comfortable bed, great shower, nice quiet, pretty location within a short walk of the city centre. Staff were friendly and welcoming. It was great having the option of free access to tea and coffee anytime in the foyer as well as complementary croissants in the morning. The kitchenette area in the room was very useful too.
