"Loved it! the perfect getaway for a weekend away. Scenic and beautiful surroundings, the property is modern with the bathroom and bedroom finished to a high spec! The host Louise is friendly and very attentive .We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. It felt like a home away from home. The photos don’t do the place justice, as it’s even more pretty in reality! "A very comfortable place to stay, with 6 good-sized bedrooms and lots of well-splaced sitting areas. The Welcome Cake was delicious and we were very grateful for the eggs and milk - all above and beyond our expectations. The 4 hens were an added delight! Can thoroughly recommend it. An issue with a Roman blind was addressed very quickly but needs a little more attention."

"A fabulous stay in a well-appointed (and beautifully-decorated) room! The location was excellent, a short walk from all the historic sights, and I very much appreciated the ample wardrobe storage and the kitchenette. Check-in was straightforward and communication beforehand was thorough. The one thing I'd note is that the room was located on a road that saw some traffic in the mornings, so bear that in mind if you're an usually late and/or light sleeper.
