Amazing stay at beautiful old luxury farm house
We spent part of our summer holiday here. The farm house is completely renovated and full of luxury and all amentities. It is spacious, super elegant and comfortable. The view from the living room and garden is an uninterruped Dutch landscape of meadows, fields, river and trees. Absolutely beautiful. The surrounding area has many sights, attractions and things to do and it is only maximum 10 minutes away from the nearest city. Being Dutch ourselves we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A big thanks to the hosts for their responsivess, support and warmth.

Wonderful weekend in nicest farmhouse in holland
Truly fantastic property, serenely quiet but with many fun activities. Property manager’s service is beyond five star - even delivering us extra bikes and a grill! Can’t recommend it more. We will definitely come back here again.

Heel goed verblijf
Prachtige locatie, heel mooi huis en een prachtig uitzicht. Alles is er voor een heerlijk verblijf, met een fantastisch uitgeruste keuken en fijn ingerichte kamers. Het was erg slecht weer, maar mijn parner en ik hebben een aantal uur heerlijk op de prachtige vleugel gespeeld en gezongen. Dat op zichzelf was al een fantastische ervaring!

Een 10 voor de Belte😊
Afgelopen week hebben wij boerderij De Belte voor de tweede keer gehuurd. Het huis heeft iets koninklijks. Alles is er. De keuken is uitstekend uitgerust, de bedden zijn top en de 3 badkamers zijn ruim en stijlvol. De woonkamer is gerieflijk en de vleugel een genot. We speelden ook pingpong op zolder en eindeloos veel spelletjes. Zelfs voor de kleinzoon van 2 was er speelgoed. Golf op de Sallandsche midden in het bos en roeien op de IJssel, de mooiste rivier van Nederland. Wij zouden hier wel willen wonen. Een dikke 10 dus!

Away from it all
Absolute aanrader voor mensen die even helemaal weg willen zijn. De woning (een boerderij) is prachtig, ruim en goed onderhouden. Het weidse uitzicht vanaf het terras is indrukwekkend. De voorzieningen zijn compleet en modern. Alleen de AGA oven vonden we lastig te bedienen.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus mit exzellenter Ausstattung
Das Haus ist wunderschön mitten in der Natur gelegen und bietet den ganzen Tag tolle Ausblicke ins Grüne und jede Menge Tiere wir Vögel, Rehe und Hasen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und luxuriös ausgestattet. Hier fehlt wirklich gar nichts und alles was man brauchen könnte ist in bester Verfassung bereits vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der große offene Kamin (ausreichend Feuerholz ist auch vorhanden) sowie der Ofyr Grill auf der Terasse. Für die Kinder war der Spielraum mit Tischtennisplatte das absolute Highlight und sorgt auch bei Regen für gute Beschäftigung und Bewegung. Check-in und Unterstützung durch Chloe und Thierry vor Ort waren ebenfalls sehr gut und zuvrokommend! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Lovely weekend group stay
A great place to stay with friends and/or family. We really enjoyed having a large space to hang out in comfortably all together. We enjoyed the outdoor garden and bbq as well. The bathrooms are very large and the whole house is super comfortable and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need so it's also convenient for a longer stay as well. We all recommend Eduard's place and will hopefully be back again!

Dit jaar werden wij samen 100. Ons zelf verwend met een heerlijk weekend weg. En als verassing - rekening houdend met Corona - kwamen een aantal vrienden en familie om beurten een bakje koffie halen. Iedereen was enorm onder de indruk; geweldig uitzicht, lekker potje tafeltennis, samen aan tafel gedineerd, heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbrak ons aan niets ook met een kritische blik kan ik niets bedenken. Boven verwachting! Aanrader.

Prachtige boerderij. Prachtige locatie met geweldig weids uitzicht. Gezellig ingericht met fijne open haard en grote tafel. Ook de keuken is super goed uitgerust. Alle ingrediënten voor een fijn verblijf!

Een prachtig huis waar werkelijk alles aan klopt
Een prachtig huis waar werkelijk alles aan klopt. De slaapkamers en badkamers zijn ruim. De speelkamer erg handig voor kinderen. Pronkstuk is de zeer sfeervolle grote woonkamer met adembenemend uitzicht en een grote haard. De weidse “tuin” zorgt voor 100% privacy en wandelgenot. De omgeving is rustiek. De ontvangst en service is eveneens warm en gastvrij. Kortom, ons verblijf in deze woonboerderij tijdens de kerst was een dikke 10.

Prachtig verblijf midden in de natuur
Ons verblijf op de De Belte was een zeer aangename ervaring. De ruime hoeve is zeer mooi uitgebouwd en ligt midden een prachtige omgeving. Wij werden zeer vriendelijk onthaald door de gastheer. Een aanrader!

Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Ijssel
Mit insgesamt sechs Personen haben wir für 2 Nächte in Epse wohnen dürfen. Kommuniktation: Die Kommunikation mit Eduard war erstklassig und auf meine Fragen im Vorfeld wurde innerhalb von wenigen Stunden (manchmal sogar nur Minuten). Vor Ort hat Thierry (Bruder von Eduard) die Kommunikation übernommen. Bei einer Frage war er innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vor Ort und hat geholfen. Das Haus: Tolles altes Bauernhaus mit modernen Elementen, die Küche mit Aga-Herd ist ein Traum! WLAN ist schnell und somit auch für Home Office benutzbar. Das gesamte Haus entspricht den Bildern und ist somit ein wirklicher Blickfang. Umgebung: Das Haus liegt frei und man wird nicht von Nachbarn gestört (in der Ferne sieht man ein Haus, aber das war es auch). Man ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten an der Ijssel. Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!

Uniek uitzicht op de IJssel en uiterwaarden vanuit comfortabel huis met terras
Wat een fraai ingericht huis op een unieke locatie. Ideaal voor mensen zoals ik, die minder goed ter been zijn: alles gelijkvloers beschikbaar. Het huis is geheel in stijl verbouwd en heeft een ongekend uitzicht. Het wondermooie beeld van de uiterwaarden, plotseling in februari onder water, met knotwilgen, verspreide bosschages en een veelheid van vogelsoorten en viervoeters (waaronder reeën) was een openbaring. Dit alles onder prachtige wolkenluchten zoals wij ouderen onder ons herinneren van de Voermanafbeeldingen uit de Verkade-albums. Het was moeilijk weer afscheid te nemen van deze uiterst comfortabele en vooral sfeervolle locatie. Prijzig, maar de ervaring absoluut waard. Paul van D
