"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"Where do I begin??? This is NOT a hotel. It should be rated as an upper-end HOSTEL. Pay for the Television power cord to use the TV??? Really??? The staff is very friendly and the town of Hauteluce is nice, though more than 10 minutes from Les Saisies. Cheap & tired beds, no oven, NO comfortable chairs, very poor internet and expensive. The covered parking is nice, but also costs. We did NOT pay hostel prices, but received hostel lodging. If you're looking for a Hotel, this is not for you."

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"Chalet was perfect for family of 4, and the swimming pool a bonus for the kids. Ski bus stop was very close, and its a beautiful area. On the listing the map shows the location as Les Esserts which was wrong - however in the end we were glad we were down in the valley on the outskirts of Morillon. In the mornings we got the ski bus to the telecabine, and after skiing generally walked back to the chalet which took about 15 mins. This was only possible as we left our rented skis in the hire shop...

"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"The single bed mattresses and supplied pillows were very worn and uncomfortable. There was no cushion backing to one side of the table area, making it very uncomfortable to use. "For 250 euros a night this isn't good value for money, the apartments are run down with old and sometimes broken furniture. On the plus side they are spacious, but you are expected to make your own beds and strip them all after your stay as well as clean the apartment and this wasn't clear in the booking. For 250 euros a night, I would have expected a higher standard of accommodation and service. There is also no reception staff available on Sundays which makes check out challenging with bedding...
