"Friendly lady reception staff at the Hotel Arcs where we collected our key for our apartment 604, receptionist walked out of hotel to point to the green garage gates for our secure parking which was underneath the apartments and a couple of minutes walk away. "When we arrived (girlfriend and 4 year old daughter), we were greeted by friendly staff which was great and at first glance the room/hotel was also great.
