"The good thing I can say about the Hotel is that they provided water on a daily, free breakfast was offered and the ladies who cleaned did their job and the reception desk, the ladies were also polite. What I didn't like was the Hotel either would shut power off sometimes three times a day where you couldn't use WiFi, the elevator was shut down and you had to walk the stairs because of it. "Very nice view over the city and is one of the best places to sit and watch the lights of Addis. The room was functional and the water in the shower was hot which is a very welcome thing. The room was a little noisy as the balcony door was not sound proof so the stray dogs barked all night and there was no way to reduce the sound. The room was clean and had lots of space. There is an amazing Spa in the building which is well-recommended."
