"We had a fantastic holiday at this lovely accommodation. We had everything we need and the property was nice and clean. It was very handy for any shops we needed. In the immediate vicinity it was very quiet and peaceful and very handy for walks, cycle rides and hiking direct from the house. Visiting Cologne and Bonn was very easy and they are great places to visit. The hosts were very friendly and easy to contact if needed. Would really recommend this to anyone interested in a relaxing...

"We really enjoyed staying in this little flat. It’s a bit out of the cities, but also convenient to both Düsseldorf and Cologne, plus smaller towns. The village of Wermelskirchen is charming and nearby. Easy stop for restaurants, groceries, etc. Everything was very comfortable, the kitchen well supplied, etc. We highly recommend this vacation home. Be aware it’s on the second floor, if you don’t want stairs. Cute and spacious once you get up there, though! "

"This was a lovely comfortable ground floor apartment, the hosts were very nice and helpful. Sadly we found, the location not really ideal for us. The apartment would be very difficult to reach when you have a lot of snow. Also when going to other towns nearby such as Waldbrol, Whiel, Numbrecht, Gummersbach etc it was a bit difficult to navigate without a sat-nav, took the whole fortnight to get used to our surroundings and find our way back home without getting lost, after visiting any of these...

Be advised, the owner, Anna Maria Becker, is extremely rude and will get very nasty real quick if you call her on that. More on this below. The bed is not really a bed. "We had a lovely stay at Apartment Weinsberg, after days out exploring Cologne and Bonn we were very comfortable and felt safe during our time there. Very convenient tram stop located 2 minutes walk away and 24 minute ride to Cologne central station. There is an Aldi a short distance away and the usual fast food places a little bit further down the road (or one tram stop if feeling lazy). There is the all important WiFi available for guests. "Apartment excellent, plenty of room, well equipped, probably the cleanest apartment we have ever had. Bed a bit soft. Excellent shower. No lift. Communication could have been much better, e.g. online check-in instructions could have been sent before we left as they recommended using desktop or laptop to log in, neither of which we take on holiday!"
