There is no balcony, the barbeque is unusable due to rust everywhere, the bath is pink and disgusting, the garden has not been maintained, the windows need a clean, the cutlery had to be washed before being used, one of the two frying pans is very badly scratched and can't be used, the path you can see in the photos is half overgrown, and the list goes on. "Upon arrival there was fresh bread and fruit. Lovely touch unexpected. The unit was beautiful, very clean. Very well equipped with everything you could need. The heating system was awesome, kept the unit at a very cosy temperature. Host Mary is very easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Ballarat"
