"We spent 14 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Jenny was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We were very happy with our little unit and especially enjoyed watching the sunset over the horse paddocks. The close proximity to the rail trail was a bonus. There is no balcony, the barbeque is unusable due to rust everywhere, the bath is pink and disgusting, the garden has not been maintained, the windows need a clean, the cutlery had to be washed before being used, one of the two frying pans is very badly scratched and can't be used, the path you can see in the photos is half overgrown, and the list goes on. "We had a wonderful and comfortable 1 night stay at this thoughtfully decorated Hotel in historic Ballarat. Dinner and Breakfast at Lola Restaurant were top notch and personell friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway. "
