"We had a very relaxing stay at the beautiful cottage. The cottage was very clean, the kitchen was perfect with all that we needed. The beds were clean and soft. The spa was very nice to use after a day of hiking and biking. The host also provided 3 bikes which we made full use of. Would highly recommend this place and would surely visit again."

"Great location to town but on corner too close to the road. Block out blinds required for two front windows to block out car headlights flash etc. security door to front and back required. we had a pleasant stay. "

"We had a lovely time in this comfortable and cosy cottage. It was a great place for a winter getaway! The kids had a great time, so much to do in Ballarat. The cottage was easy to find and easy to get to all the places that we wanted to visit!"

"A terrible experience and a holiday ruined. We arrived to find a man in the house who could not speak English and did not know we were arriving. The owner said he would be leaving after he put the towels away however he came back on another occasion, did not knock and just walked inside. The house was FILTHY!!!!! "Overall good experience. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location. Well designed. Some work to be done on the pillows and bedding. The pillows are too warm and uncomfortable. The doona is too warm as well. Forces you to crank up AC which then causes noise issues. Overall inconsistent sleep."
