"Rooms (221 & 219) were large and clean. Bedding was comfortable and enjoyed a good couple of nights sleep. Coffee & Food was excellent although pricey (this is typical in any Accor facility to offset their Accor Club dining discounts). Staff were excellent (long suffering)from front of house to restaurant and housekeeping. Be prepared for pandemonium during the weekend with kids and tired or entitled parents. Huge range of activites (indoor/outdoor pools, taboggan, ice rink, gym, kids train etc) both at the hotel and nearby. Resort showing some signs of getting tired but overall still a good 4 star standard."

"The staff were very helpful with an earlier check in for me. It really helped me a lot with my schedule. My room was extremely comfortable. I only hope that the person who charged breakfast to my room was found! I am very grateful to the check out manager who believed me when I denied ordering breakfast. I will definitely stay again, if required, at Rydges Norwest."
