"This house was great for my family and I to stay while visiting Nuremberg. Communication was clear and fast with a reply. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space to spread out and have a good time. The garden area and upper balcony were bonuses and nice to sit out with a coffee or beer to enjoy the day. I read some other reviews about stains or broken furniture but we did not see any problems. The coffee machine was perfect for coffee when desired. I will buy one in the near future. If...

"We had an excellent stay at Christoph's home. We arrived at the house much later than we had anticipated. Christoph was so gracious staying until we arrived. He explained everything about the house such as the washer/dryer, the shutters, the stove etc. Christoph also recommended excellent places to visit and restaurants which we went to. "The unit is in an older building (dating to 1904), but you couldn't tell from the state of the inside. Everything was modern and quite tasteful. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Far enough outside of town to be in a quiet area, but close enough in that around a 20 minute drive will get you to the tourist areas of downtown Nuremburg. My only criticism (and this is a uniquely American thing) - I wish we had brought more fans, as the bedrooms were a little warm for us. This does not detract...

"We stayed during Nuremberg's Christmas Market season. There is a bus stop, a store, and several restaurants within 10 minutes' walk, and the house is in a cul-de-sac so sheltered from road noise. Oven/stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer all worked (note it seems you have to set a time on the dishwasher, no instant function). Note also there is no freezer, so buy fresh food if you intend to cook. We had to call the landlord once and he was quite nice, but does not speak much English so try to...

"We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and I cannot say enough great things! The owners are super nice and helpful! The Subway is about a 5 min walk from the house and from there so easy to get to the city center! There is an awesome Bakery within walking distance and also a great I e cream shop within walking distance. Parking was also super easy. "This place was a real jewel for us with three adults and two small children. It was clean, comfortable, well-furnished and supplied, quiet and efficient! We all felt immediately at home. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They were especially concerned that our children were happy. (There is a playground across the street!) Everything worked well and was in good repair. "Happy to have stayed in EcoSmart Premium. Check in on app is pretty straight forward. Location is convenient with easy access to cental station. Building and room are clean and smart. The only thing disappointment is one missing set of towels as we are three in a room but only two sets are available. Other than that, I'm happy with the stay."
