"Great villa very spacious with two small pools ideal for cooling off. We travelled with two children and the villa had plenty of space host was accommodating and communication via WhatsApp was great. Breakfast was generous and delivered fresh and hot. Overall great spot and large villa perfect for a family. To be extremely picky the downstairs aircon location is no ideal and doesn’t cool the whole bedroom. "

We arrived at San martino and there is a pretty dangerous and steep hill to drive down so after day 1 we decided to park on the street before the hill. "Highly recommend! The house was clean, the view was fabulous, and location was great. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and the breakfast provided was generous. Beds were comfortable. I only wish there had been a light blanket, as the nights were cool and we would’ve loved to have still sat outside on the balcony. The hot tub was a great addition, though the temp was not hot enough to enjoy it at night. We loved our stay."

"Please ignore those negative comments. BlackRock Villa suite is well worth a visit. ♥️ We didn’t expect our room to have fresh bed linen or a change of towels every day. The rooms are exactly as the site suggests roomy, nice vibe, and plenty of space too. Sofia was a credit of knowledge for the local area. "The place is comfortable. The pool is peaceful and private. It is shared with two other villas in the enclosed area, however we were never out at the same time and everyone was very friendly. There are amazing views when you go on top of one of the villas. The one downside is that the streets are very narrow if you plan to drive a car. They do have a garage available upon request when booking which helps a lot with parking. We enjoyed staying in Emporio because it is a more quiet and authentic...
