"We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately our room was not ready until 4:15 and when we went to use the shower mat it had blood on it. Our room was not properly cleaned and was late for check in due to “cleaning”. I had asked for a late check out and I got an abrupt no you’ll be out by 11. We rushed to get out by 11 and left a stuffed animal behind. I’ve reached out and not heard back. "

"Was a great stay. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast selection was okay. We make a weekend trip here every here for the water park. This year, there were no hockey teams staying here which was great. The indoor air temp in the water park was cold one of the days and the water temp in the kids area was quite cold also.
