"This is a good option to stay around Guarulhos airport. If you are lucky your room will be in the new wing of the hotel, where it's not noisy. Since they deal with a lot of disgruntled guests whose flights were cancelled and were given vouchers for the hotel stay, staff are professional but not overly friendly. Our pet accompanied us and it was a fee of 90 reais (about US$13). Good breakfast from 5am onwards. Book your bus ride to airport once you check in. I would consider staying there again. "

"The place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great setup. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. The only area that needs improvement is the pool— the water wasn't very clean. Other than that, the reception staff was young but very helpful. They took the time to assist with my luggage when there were no other customers waiting. Staffs were and humble. Although English wasn’t fluent, we communicated none the less.
