"Staff tried hard to keep everyone happy. Front desk employees are very helpful and friendly. Pick up and ride back to the fast ferry is very helpful. I did not like the daily 2 plastic water bottles in the room. Should offer a water container for guests to refill their own water bottles to save on trash. My room had no window, felt claustrophobic."

"We needed to spend a night in Male for an early flight and this hotel (difficult to find) was just 5 minutes to the airport ferry station which operates from 05:30am. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and gave us a basic packed breakfast due to our early departure. Male itself is not an interesting place "

"Really liked our stay at Star Shell. The staff are excellent and super helpful. We were travelling with two young kids and honestly their service and friendliness really made our trip so much easier. We were always helped with our luggage without asking and with no expectation of a tip. I would highly recommend using theit airport service. "I stayed at the hotel 6 nights and I wished I stay more. The hotel is not really like in the pictures but this wasn't a problem for me. "Awesome stay at Cinnamon Dhonveli. From the meet and greet at the airport Speed boat service to the island Restaurant food amazing Staff friendly and happy keep everywhere spotless We were fortunate to get a room upgrade on arrival Wow a bungalow over the sea Water around them very rough for any swimming Take swimming shoes if you do and you’d need to be a strong swimmer as the current is strong The resort and the people are beautiful A lot of surfing to watch from the bar too that was awesome Be prepared for expensive water sports and trips All in all a fabulous holiday and there send off was so lovely thank you for a fab 5 nights "
