"Stayed for one night on business. Lovely chalets and when inside there is no sound. Room was very comfortable. Room was clean with just a couple of minor issues like some areas not dusted. Would highly recommend and use again if im ever in Luton "

"A lovely little stay in the Cambridgeshire countryside. It's pretty basic but once you've got the heater going, it's lovely. A beautiful lake to look out onto with parking next to you, it's pretty decent. "

"Lily pad could be wonderful. Its setting is beautiful. I was really looking forward to staying. However the lodge is damp and the heating is wholly inadequate, the macerator in the shower room had leaked under the laminate floor and was still leaking on my arrival.The property was a health hazard. It stank and the noise of the macerator and vent was horribly noisy. Paymán expected me to stay let a handyman try and fixit.he was due to get to me in an hour. I had arrived at 5:40 at 6:50they...

"Lovely accomodation, enjoyed the sauna- real treat. Comfy beds. Everything we needed. Good communication with host. Area was great, enjoyed walk to pub, friendly owners. Lots to do close by. Loved our walk round Paxton pits. "

"I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected. "Our recent stay at Rosemead Lodge was just perfect. An idyllic oasis, hidden away amongst the Cambridgeshire countryside, just a few minutes’ walk from the delightful village of Bourn. The Lodge is situated in the grounds of the owner’s home, in an extremely picturesque setting. "we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."

"Worked excellently for our large family with plenty of bed space and a lovely large garden. Hosts were very hospitable and very good communicators. Beautiful neighborhood just off the main road and very near to supermarkets and train station. Would gladly stay again."
