Summary:
Charming villa in the quiet area of Els Poblets, just minutes from the beach. With 125 m² over two floors, the upper floor includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a private terrace with two loungers, accessible by an external staircase, ideal for guests. The ground floor offers another master bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a bathroom with a shower. It features a fireplace, kitchen, 8x4 meter pool, garden, covered parking, and more.

The Space:
In the outdoor area you will find an 8 x 4 m swimming pool, a porch overlooking the pool and the BBQ, a BBQ area with table and chairs, a gas BBQ and a cold-water shower to get rid of the chlorine from the pool. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. In the living room there is an air conditioning. There is also a Smart-TV with satellite channels and a cosy fireplace. The installation of air conditioning units in all bedrooms is done. The bedrooms have two single beds joined into a single bed with a size of 180 x 200 cm. A washing machine, a steam iron and free WIFI are also available.
The rooms are air-conditioned.

Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around. On the day of departure, we will return to check the condition of the house and charge the electricity.

The Neighborhood:
It is located in the residential area of the town of Els Poblets. It is an area that has all the necessary services to enjoy your holidays. You can find restaurants, supermarkets, a shopping centre in the neighbouring town of Ondara, medical services and veterinary services if you come with your pet. You can go to the Almadrava beach by car or walking and you can enjoy the long sandy beaches of the Marina Alta. The golf course of Oliva Nova is only 15 minutes away. A very nice residential complex where you can enjoy different activities.

Other Things to Note:
Electricity is charged according to actual consumption at 0.30 €/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid. Bed linen and towels are not provided. The use of the internet is free of charge.

Optional services:
- 1x bed linen and 2x towels (large and small) at 20€/person.
- 1x pool towel for 10 €/person.
- 50 €/dog per stay.

In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights. If you wish to rent a property for less nights please contact us.

For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, all guests must complete an online check-in form, in compliance with regional regulations, which will be sent to you 14 days prior to arrival. Shortly before your arrival we will contact you by instant messaging to facilitate communication.
