"It is a great place if you just want to have some days of quietness as your holidays. The hotel is clean, the rooms are specious, the food is all right and the staff are nice ( Very little/ no English, though. For a us, who don't speak/ understand German, could be a little challenging). We had a few issues, that sort of spoiled our satisfaction to some extent. 1. "Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Wernigerode und das Ferienhaus ist nur zu empfehlen. Sehr sauber und alles war so vorzufinden, wie es beschrieben wurde. Die Vermieter waren sehr gut zu erreichen und auch bei kurzfristigen Problemen vor Ort. Top Service!!! Nur zu empfehlen und gern wieder :-) "
