"The Romerhof hotel is actuelly a wing of the Tenerhof hotel, only rooms/restaurant located 50 meter apart from the main hotel facilities, but... the hotel was very very nice, starting from the welcoming, on to the perfect service from all the stuff (especially the shuttel driver (with the glasses) which was so friendly and helpful. "We had a very nice apartment with fantastic view on a castle . We had a feeling living on a farm - with beautiful cows . We had a very nice and though inexpensive breakfast with a fresh milk from the owner’s cows. The only thing - you do need to have a car if you chose to stay there."

"We had a great stay for a week's skiing at The Landhof Hotel. It offers large, well equipped, clean apartments and for a very reasonable price. The service from all reception staff was first rate. They went out of their way to make you feel welcome. They sorted our lift passes for us and ski lockers at the Hartkaiser lift for no additional charge. "The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. "For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."
