His fix was for me to wait and talk to a manager on Monday evening. That wasn’t fixing my problem since my stay was fri-Mon. Then the next morning I spoke with the evening girl at the check in desk. "Front desk personnel was friendly and very helpful!! Water leak stains on ceiling in lobby and 3rd floor hallway, furniture in room was old and scratched and chair/ottoman was stained!! Overall imptression- SHABBY"

"Check In was great; easy and friendly staff. Lobby was very inviting and had hot coffee available for free. Room was clean. Another guest was quite noisy letting doors slam shut against the flip latching lock. Asked him several times to stop slamming the door and he had 0 respect and did this until 9pm and finally put ear plugs in and went to sleep. "
