"A perfect house for our family to hang out while visiting our son in Ellensburg! Great location close to town, restaurants and shopping. The fenced in backyard was nice for our dog to run around and play. Would definitely stay again! "

"I was put in a room overlooking the roof, not that there's much to look at. I was also in a room next to the elevator. The ice machine on the 2nd floor does not work. The free breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. I saw the cook? used his bare hands to place the quiche in the hot plate after his tongs didnt work. Pretty gross! I did not eat any. The staff was very friendly, though I rarely encountered them. The hotel is very clean. I dont believe I'll stay at this particular hotel again. "

"The staff on site during our stay, especially Brock at the front desk, went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. It was a very busy weekend (multiple sports tournaments in the area) but Brock followed through when we needed extra items for our room. In addition, he called after we’d checked out to tell us that housekeeping had found our son’s AirPods so we were able to pick them up before we left town. I cannot thank him enough, as well as the housekeeping staff, for going the extra mile! "
