Staff was pleasant when contacted and overall was about average for a hotel; no major complaints but no wow factor. "The staff in the daytime were friendly. The breakfast had was well serviced and had good food options. The make your own yogurt granola bowls for example was quite nice. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom condition was not great. Looked like some would near the ceiling and peeling wallpaper. The curtains were fairly dirty at the window as well. We had looked forward to the pool but unfortunately it was out of service. "
