"Thank you for a wonderful stay! My friends and I booked 2x two bedroom apartments for one night to celebrate my birthday. The hotel bent over backwards to make us welcome. We were allowed to check in a little earlier, they provided apartments next to one another, they upgraded us to two bathroom apartments, they left a personalised card and bottle of wine for my birthday, and they let us check out a little later too!
