"The host, Eddie, was amazing. The property was was bit run in, but for a last-minute accommodation and something that I only needed for a night this was more than enough. And even though I showed up late and the office was shut, he was more than accommodating and helped me get in. I will be eternally grateful for his kindness. Karma has a way of coming around and I will definitely pay it forward. Thanks, Eddie. 10 out of 10 recommend if only for the service. Cheers! —J"

"I am waiting for "Stayz" to resolve this. I only put stars becase we had to but we did not stay. We called "Stayz" to advise that the hosts were not contactable. We had no way of checking in. We arrived at the apartment address advertised only to find a derelect block of units completely rundown and not inviting at all. We had no idea which unit number it was anyway. I called to let "Stayz" know and they could not contact the host either. We were left with nowhere to stay and are waiting for a...

"The inside was clean and it was self contained with all the necessary useful items, including oil, salt and pepper. The small things often not available and requires you to purchase a large amount for a short stay. "

"We make regular visits to Perth from the South West with our family and have stayed in many holiday apartments and houses. Without doubt this was the best we have ever stayed in. Great location, excellent amenities and extremely well appointed with everything we could have possibly needed and more.looking forward to our next visit, this will be our go to place in Perth from now on.
