"Excellent hotel, the hot tub was way too hot. Many guests were complaining, it couldn’t even be used it was too hot. Also a game room/ arcade was listed in the description but when we asked the staff they said there wasn’t one. Loved the sitting area and that there was lots of room around the pool to hang out. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"Wonderful place to stay right in the mountains ready to ski/snowboard. Beautiful views, friendly staff, large rooms and comfortable beds. You get a full coffee pot so you can bring coffee grounds and a full kitchen setup - stove, fridge, dishwasher, etc. Very icy entrances that hadn’t been cleared resulting in many falls and the bathtub needed a good scrub which we didn’t appreciate having to do. However we would still highly recommend despite these two oversights. "

"Friendly receptionist checked me in, no question was a hassle. Plenty of biscuits each day (white choc macadamia/chocolate/oat/ etc), filtered water dispenser, malevtour own hot drink. Tickets for shuttle to mountain are free but you line up each day to get more for tomorrow. guest laundry too on level 3"
