"We had a wonderful stay and appreciate the host’s willingness to be flexible when illness required us to postpone our visit. The apartment is exactly as described - easy walking distance to the Corning Glass Museum - and comfortably appointed. It was too chilly for us to enjoy the deck, but we imagined it would be a lovely spot to sit in warmer weather in the shade of the nearby tree."

"Stay was great. The one issue that I had was with parking. If you’re not careful about when/where you park during weekday business hours then it could add a lot of additional expenses. Fortunately, I was familiar with the area, but if someone forgets to pay for parking or leaves a vehicle somewhere to long then it will get them a parking ticket very quickly."

"Went during a very cold time in upstate NY.Entered the residence and there was no heat. It was 58 degrees...if the old thermostat was correct.Communicated with host ,waited an hour with our coats on. They did get someone out and it was supposedly fixed....but we had already left, after waiting an hour, for a local hotel. Here is why...1) just looking at the original thermostat to the older home made us not so confident that we would continue to have heat all night. 2) there were 2 window air...

"For a best friend’s weekend we were looking for something semi in the middle of where we both live and settled on Wellsboro. We are so happy we did! The cottage was cozy and perfect! You can’t beat the location, sitting right on Pine Creek. Listening to the water flowing is so peaceful. We spent time in Wellsboro shopping and eating and we also stopped for photo opportunities at the Grand Canyon. Everything we did is a short drive and I can’t wait to book this cottage again. "This cabin was so clean. It was wonderful. Located on the main highway, however we never noticed any traffic noise. We were even out in the backyard with a fire. The location to the Rail Trail and Pine Creek was literally a walk through the yard. The property is very well maintained and very clean.
