It would be nice to have a larger shelf to put our toiletries on. The claw-foot tub has a lot of character, but for seniors, as we are, it was a little worrisome getting in and out of the tub for our showers. "Great location for walking Old Folsom and a great starting point to ride the nearby bike trails. Plumbing is a bit noisy and room doors slam shut rather than soft close so it can make for a noisy evening."
