"Looks like they're still in the process of remodeling but our room was nice. The pull out couch needed to be made up which the staff quickly attended to while we were at dinner. The service was great - both in the hotel and at the restaurant S3. Partial views of the water - balcony - nice spacious living area with kitchen/stove/larger mini fridge. Tiny walk in shower, thin tp, thin/lumpy pullout mattress and sheets were meh but pillows for main bed were comfy."

"True, the resort needs a refresh but the service is very good and everyone is very nice here. The location is also very good. I would come back. The gentleman is the coffee lounge in the morning is very attentive and will engage in good conversation. Super nice guy."

"Was so amazing. Gave us wine and champagne upon arrival. Check in early even though we arrived 3 hours early. Several luxuries (shuttle to beach) it was down when I was gonna use it but nice to know it was available. Good location, not too far. Staff was so nice and helpful. "

"Great hotel! Staff was super friendly and kept our luggage for us while we went to Hollywood beach , and checked us in 1 hour early free of charge. There’s a nice rooftop pool and the shower has Davines hair products which is such a bonus. The hallways are wide, clean and each room is so big it feels like a little apartment. "
