"The Leela is a beautiful contemporary hotel near the airport… a ten minute drive from the International terminal. The bathrooms are small but nicely designed and finished. Everything in the room was in perfect condition and very clean…very comfortable. The breakfast buffet, casual dining and room service were all delicious and fast. "I don't write any reviews but I had to for this establishment. This was the best hotel I've ever been to. I am very well traveled, have been around the world and unbiased. Went to another hotel in Mumbai for a night after my two nights stay here and it was night and day. Service quality and the staff here are remarkable. Every accommodation was made quickly and respectfully. When staff members know your name everywhere you go, that shows their dedication. W"

"Hotel is good but needs some updating in the communal areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the only issue was when we arrived, we arrived earlier than the check in time but were not given access to the WiFi until 2.00pm, the hotel was already paid for in advance, so we found this extremely annoying "

"Our stay was awesome , couldn't ask for anything more. "

"As a tourist, the pictures didn't match the apartment we got. I reached the apartment at 2am and had sent a message prior to arriving that I will be coming at that time and hence to have the room ready, but alas.. they were super confused of my arrival and took 30min to give me a quite dirty room. We stayed for 5 days and we had an overflowed toilet, drainage smell in 1 of the sinks, the door that had to be broken to enter, no replacement of towels after cleaning the room, no hair dryer after...

"The very first day early morning something suspicious happened someone was just hitting very hard on the wall we heard someone was screaming and we heard the glass breaking we all 4 people were terrified & shocked when we tried to call the desk nobody responded & when I called the manager on his whatsup number then the front desk people came up & the reason of such nuisances they gave was totally not acceptable I personally won’t ever come back to this property again "
