It is close to everything, dozens of restaurants, several archeological sites, transportation (subway and buses), and the agora which has everything you could want. We did not have alot of interaction with staff but front desk was courteous, we always had fresh towels and the included breakfast was great. The rooms felt very clean and maintained.
