"Amazing relaxing resort! The service was great from everyone working there. We were even greeted with a box of chocolates. There were many free daily activities, as well as a restaurant and beach in walking distance. It’s also a 5 minute drive to Poipu Beach if you want to see some monk seals and turtles that come up to shore. Overall we had a great experience and would come back again."

"Great location near restaurants, hiking, water activities and shopping. Very quiet and not crowded which really contributed to a relaxing vacation. The small size makes it more intimate but limits amenities. Uneven staff training - valets were great, concierge was worse than useless. Paid for a special chef's dinner ($$$$) which was fun - somelier and wine were excellent, but the food fell short of expectation. Go to Merriman's instead. "The room was large, clean and had a lovely view of the ocean. The property was well situated for trips to southern and eastern attractions as well as those in the north. The only drawback is that there were no enough handicap accessible parking spots near our unit and not enough regular parking spots near our unit. Each day, my husband had to park far from our unit."

"What a lovely place to stay. Off of the beaten path but does not have the feel of a commercial resort. It is well maintained. The owner is quite friendly. The breakfast is wonderful each morning. Enjoy the peacocks that strut around the property."

"We loved that if was so quiet and the ammenities were outstanding. The oceanside room was so relaxing and beautiful sunrise. Highly recommend. We will definatley stay here again. Kuddos to Roberta at the front desk for being helpful. "

"Front desk lady were very nice and helpful. I got a nice ocean front room. It was a bit old but clean. Nice surroundings and very close to a lot of stores, bicycle trail, restaurants and food trucks. Complementary bicycles and free parking were nice. I felt like i got more free ammenities (towels, bicycle and parking) and better service than the Hilton Garden Inn we stayed after. "

"lovely peaceful old world place. Beautiful grounds. If you are looking for the antithesis of the high rise tourist hotel, this is it! The black sand beach is great for walking or riding horseback, but not swimable. ( the pool is popular) We loved sitting on our porch in the morning looking at the ocean hearing the birds. And watching the sunsets in the hammocks or lawn chairs was great! Very friendly laid back place. We were disappointed that the restaurant on the grounds wasn’t better and there...
