"The stay it self was fine with no issues. We booked on Hotels.com with the option to pay at the hotel. The hotel charged our credit card twice. We called 6 days after we had stayed their. I was told by the front desk that the refund had already cleared and I needed to call my bank. It has been 6 days since the stay and the refund was the same day and cleared the same day is what I was told. My bank does not have a transaction showing the credit took place.
