"The description and the pictures are very misleading. We drove up walked in and left immediately! THERE IS NO A/C . When you stay in a home especially when it is 95 degrees outside it becomes a sauna. The entire place is so small. I could touch both walls standing in the middle of the room. The pictures of the lake are very misleading. its' a freaking swamp. Also there "boat" they offer was filled with water half sunk into the lank and covered in pond scum. Also not to mention you are one block...

"Overall we had a great stay here. The private lake was a perfect spot for our kids to play — fish, swim, and paddle. They had fun playing ping pong and watching movies and roasting marshmallows as well. "

"We had about 15 people for a long weekend of ice fishing and this property was absolutely perfect. We loved the convenience of being right on the water and the views were beautiful. There were more than enough spots for sleeping our group and the gameroom kept everyone entertained in between the fishing sessions. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone. The main cabin is beautiful, the entire property was very clean and in great shape, and we had a ton of fun!"

"This is our 3rd stay at this cabin on Manson Lake enjoyed the beautiful fall colors and serenity of having the lake to ourselves. Hiking paths at Bradley Park and Bearskin Trail were aglow with color. Love this quaint cottage, its many amenities and its location. "

"Was so impressed with hosts James and Penny and their property along Otter Lake. Great location, as Boone and I enjoyed a nice hike at Hartman's Creek State Park, fishing on three different lakes, nightly fires, and Harvestfest at Kings, Wis just around the corner. Will book again. Thank you!"

"It is a cute, cozy cabin. Beds were comfy. Obviously loved by a family for many years and now shared with the public. Very close to the water which was nice. Very private and secluded. No towns very close (that we found), meaning few restaurants, bars, bakeries, etc. We saw eagle, loon, but not a lot. Fishing from the dock was fun, we caught several. Scenery was beautiful. "

"Cabin was perfect. Host was very responsive. Location couldn't have been any better. We were within 15 minutes of multiple lakes that hold muskies, bar/ supper clubs and downtown Rhinelander. Will most defiantly be booking here in the future. "
