"Centralized location "

"This is such a beautiful hotel and is one of our favorites in the Gulf Shores area! The inside lobby is absolutely gorgeous with great seating areas. We especially love enjoying the ocean view with a coffee in hand from the deck next to the espresso stand. They made the outside bar area bigger and also have lots of great seating out there. The beach area is gorgeous and a short walk down to the pier. We’ve seen lots of dolphins playing in the surf. The food in the restaurant is good. When the weather is nice, they offer lots of outdoor seating options with great ocean views. They also have a really cute gift shop that carries nice adult clothing to beach bags and sun glasses. The only negative I have found about the hotel is that the beds are not comfortable, which is too bad given all of the fine attention to detail that was put into the rest of the property. "

"Jim at the front desk did an excellent job of welcoming us and making sure every need was taken care of. He is a real asset to this company. The breakfast food was decent. I was a bit disappointed that the juice machine didn't work, but they did have a jug of orange juice. The room was clean & quiet, and the bed was oh, so comfortable! Super close to the beach too!"
