"Subject: Concerns About Room Conditions Our recent stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues. The room had bugs constantly falling from the ceiling, including cockroaches, earwigs, and pill bugs. To make matters worse, there was a scorpion in the room. "The staff was a life saver. My car broke down when we arrived and Gregorio helped with the battery issue. We couldn't start my car. We could not drive to get dinner or food. He helped and ask his friend for a favor and brought us tacos for dinner. Sold us delicious wine. So it was yummy tacos and delicious wine for our first night. THANK YOU Gregorio!!"

"We were three adult couples looking to have a nice weekend in Valle de Guadalupe. This place was just above camping. Of the four master bedrooms, one lost power, and we never got heaters for the other two, so we really only had one that worked. The beds were comfortable and the front desk tried their best to take care of us but after a full day of touring, waiting a half hour for someone to flip the breaker so you can have a hot water, heat, and light is no fun."

"This property has a few cabins on one very nicely landscaped secure property. It was clean, had nice linens, bedding and beds - very functional. The pool is very small - just a plunge pool, but we were the only ones using it and it did the trick to cool us off. The communication with the owner was not great - I had sent an email a while back that never got a response, and I never got any check in info re gate or cabin code (this could be a VRBO problem, but I have not had this kind of issue...

"Jorge was a great host and super communicative. We had a couple of challenges with the property and he was super responsive in trying to get them fixed. One thing I don't think the pictures do it justice for, is there there are actually two living rooms! One in the main space with the kitchen/dining, and another separate room right off the entry with a couch and a large TV, plus the outdoor space. Definitely makes for enough space for a group of 6 to stay without feeling like they are on top...
