"Very nice hotel, stayed in the family room which had plenty of room. We went all inclusive which had a good choice of food, if you didn’t go all inclusive you would struggle to find many restaurants in the San Agustin area you would need to go further afield "

"Lovely hotel in a superb position, especially for sunsets. The staff are excellent and extremely helpful. The facilities are very good with two pools one of which is adults only. The rooms are fine but would benefit from more plug sockets. The other thing to note which had been mentioned many times is that the tiles surround the hotel and pools can be very slippery especially when wet."

"Just got back from a half-term stay at the Radisson Blu and we're really pleased we went. We had a two bedroom suite (actually, we got upgraded to the 3 bedroom - it's absolutely vast! But the experience between the two is common, so still relevant). The beds are comfy - really soft but comfy, although the feather pillows go to nothing. You can get different types from reception but we ultimately didn't find any of them particularly good. However we're a bit fussy when it comes to that so I...

"3rd year we have stayed with them, excellent service from the staff as always. It’s great to turn up at the hotel, and be thoroughly looked after during the stay. With easy access to the beach to watch the sun rise or set, and should you want a change of scene from the hotel, plenty of restaurants and bars along the seafront - all of which are easily accessible to the rear of the hotel. "It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were always polite and helpful, but I will not be returning. The rooms need to be updated."

"I spent 10 days with my wife in this hotel, very large, carved into the rock, beautiful. A hundred meters away from the beautiful public and equipped beach, (the hotel provides towels) easily reachable on foot. Large room with balcony and sea view, modern furnishings. Two swimming pools and in addition a wellness room with a hydromassage tub, sauna and very well-equipped gym available free of charge. Excellent breakfast, good dinner with truly kind and welcoming staff."
