"Beautiful, clean hotel right on the beach."

"The hotel was in an excellent position, opposite the Reina Sofia Park and just a short walk to the beach. I had a double for single occupancy but the bed was upstairs via a spiral staircase, which was unusual. The staff were all very friendly. The buffet style breakfast was excellent and had food to suit every nationality. The room had a large balcony too with a table and chairs and two sun loungers. At 114 Euros for three nights including breakfast this was very reasonable for this 4 Star...

"The property is near the beach and town but it has a lot of drawbacks Noisy dogs (5) next door that bark every time you go out to terrace or if the neighbours go as well. The property needs an upgrade in that external shutters did not work properly, air con only worked in one room and the gas boiler had an intermittent fault that meant having a cold shower occasionally. Also the general quality of the equipment was poor the bare minimum was supplied, (didn’t even have a salt and pepper pot)...

"The property is great - exactly as listed. Lots of space to spread out, and great amenities. We really appreciated the indoor and outdoor pools! Location was good, close to the beach. Communication with the property management company was very difficult. There was an issue with our online payment and it was very hard to get in touch with anyone to see if we would be allowed in or not. It is autonomous check in so we knew that there would not be anyone in person to talk to when we arrived. This...

"We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space.
