"Wow, planet Hollywood did not disappoint. The reviews we read were nothing like the service and treatment we had. We booked a star service, our private concierge Wilson had everything for us! If we ever needed anything , we communicated it to him and the entire hotel staff knew and jumped to service making it effortless for us to enjoy ourselves and plans. "I didn’t want to leave…. Just perfect vacation, great amenities best customer service of the whole staff (special mention of Felipe in the beach bar area and Kendall and Roger in the preferred area pool, they really take care of you always with a great attitude and smile. We will definitely come back. Jobo beach great. Also very clean, great food. Just an hour from Liberia airport. Thank Drems Las Marea, you made a great vacation experience for us. "

"Reception check in to check out, the staff was very friendly and they offer a variety of activities daily. The transportation was a bonus and if you catch a gentleman driver by the name of Errol, know he is the BEST and actually his demeanor and genuineness made the resort better! "I like the all inclusive and adults only. No kids running around and need not worry about cooking or finding places to eat. What could be improved is the foods. I wish there are special menu to be featured each day of the week or taste a bit better. "

"We loved Golden Palms! The staff is so friendly! The food is amazing.mThe rooms are nice and big. Bed is very comfortable. The pool is huge. We liked the quietness of the resort. Edwin and Federico were amazing at the pool side bar. Any activity you would like to do they will have it to you quickly. We did jet skis and they were there within minutes. Playa Hermosa is a 5 min drive. We did choose to go eat there a couple of nights. We would definitely stay here again ! "

"Exceptional location with a commanding view of the Costa Rican West Coast and Pacific Ocean. Stunning sunsets from the restaurant and bar at the top of the hill. Wonderful selection of activities in and around the property, with trips to the hot springs, horseback riding, water slide, cultural demos, etc. Only shortfalls might be road access (it is very rough) and lack of a store for snacks or other necessities. "We strongly recommend this property for families looking to experience a bit of forest resort life in Costa Rica. Regarding the hotel itself, the bathroom was excellent - strong water pressure and high-quality toiletries. "Beautiful grounds and accommodations. You can walk to the pool or the thermal pools or ask for a ride. Food is inconsistent with breakfast good, lunch excellent and dinner a disappointment. "Came here for a 8 day trip as a solo female with my 6 year old daughter. I was hesitant since Nicaragua has a Level 3 travel advisory but I felt extremely safe here. "We had an excellent time. Had a pet Pedro the giant iguana that lives in the large tree and would come to visit the pool and greeted us upon arrival. House was amazing and pool was even better. Definitely a highlight of the trip."
