"The property was beautiful however there is only Wi-Fi in the main lobby and not in the rooms. Parking is also a bit inconvenient because it’s so far from the rooms. A lot of people had to walk up a very steep hill to get to the main lobby where all the food and the pools were. overall it was a good stay. "

"Great resort with great staff. The only areas that need improvement are: 1. The dinner food isn't the best. 2. the pool chairs at the main pool area don't match and aren't as comfortable as the adult pool and beach club chairs."

"The resort is peaceful and clean. Most staff was friendly. We only had one unpleasant experience. On Tuesday, the twelfth. I think his name was Eric. My husband stayed he spoke to him rudely. I loved Jose Maria and Genesis! They are genuinely kind and friendly. I would love to go back, however, the road leading to the resort is very rough! You almost need a 4 x 4. "This was the best place we could have picked to stay! The staff was absolutely outstanding with their service and were so friendly and helpful! The food was excellent. The rooms were exceptionally clean and stayed cool all day. We walked the beach and spent lots of time at the pool. It was not over crowded like other places where you can’t even find a chair. In the pool you get to see the monkeys in the mango treee right above you taking naps and eating mangos. It was magical! Breakfast is free...

Key things to know: stunning beach where we never saw more than 2 other guests, the cabanas are open to the wind and sounds of nature but the way they are secured with screens and sealed doors resulted in zero insect visitors (and the wind and cooling unit over the bed provided for a very comfortable temp), and there will be a need to traverse many steps throughout the day. Lastly, the views here are unlike anything we’ve experienced before....

"Received a call from the hotel 30 mins prior to arrival saying they were overbooked. When we arrived they were able to accommodate us with another room with a roll away bed for our daughter. They were very friendly and apologetic location is great, right on the beach. It is very loud at night since it is very close to the bars. If you are looking for locations it is fantastic, if your looking for quiet it might not be for you. Breakfast was a full breakfast off the menu which was great. "

"The sea can accommodation is as advertised. Simple, rustic. With some nice modern touches like good A/C, wifi, smart TV. Cozy and comfortable for 2. Fridge and microwave. "We had an excellent time. Had a pet Pedro the giant iguana that lives in the large tree and would come to visit the pool and greeted us upon arrival. House was amazing and pool was even better. Definitely a highlight of the trip."

"This resort is an absolute hidden gem! My husband wanted an authentic cultural experience, and I wanted to lay in a lounge chair by the beach/pool. My kids are teens, and wanted lots of activities. Nandel checked all the boxes for us. The staff felt like friends by the time we left. Our kids even insisted on taking pictures with them to remember them by. The facilities were clean and well maintained. It is a windy area, but when it's 90 degrees every day, that feels really good. The area specializes in kite surfing, but there are many other beautiful beaches within short distance as well. The food was a mix of local and international cuisine, and the breakfasts were our favorite! I am a runner, and went running on roads around/adjacent to the property, and never felt unsafe. I can't recommend this place enough for someone that wants an authentic Central American experience."
