"This property is superb. The furniture and fixings are a little worn/ dated but there is plenty of equipment, cutlery crockery etc The roof terrace is definately its biggest asset. "Great accommodation - just what we needed. Well situated, clean and well equipped. Pool area was fabulous. Owner was very quick with communication and when we had an electricity issue, a technician was sent immediately to resolve it. However we would change a couple of things…there are pictures of a beach which is NOT 300m away which is a bit misleading. The safe needs to be replaced - we had to go out leaving valuables around as it could not be fixed. Air conditioning would have been amazing...

"On arrival Brice was there to meet us and couldn’t have been more helpful he gave us tips on where to go and what was available locally. The apartment was clean and had all amenities you would need. The only real issues were the sketchy nature of the Wi-Fi and the tired sunbeds on the roof that need replacing. Overall a very pleasent stay and thanks again to Brice for all his help and advice."

"This apartment is wonderful! In a quieter area but you can walk to shopping and restaurants or drive to las americanas area for more options and nightlife. Everything you need is accessible and a large grocery up the road. The pools are nice and not too crowded. The owner, Paco, gave us great recommendations and was easy to contact with questions. "Cannot fault the apartment and location. We stay in about 3 self-catering apartments a year and I rate this in the top 3 we have ever stayed in.
